Delete your Foliora account

Foliora is a plant care and identification app published by NEXALIFY LIMITED. This page explains how to delete your Foliora account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open Foliora and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete permanently.

Your account is deactivated and you are signed out right away. This removes both your on-device data and your cloud data, and applies however you signed in — including accounts that were never signed in.

Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled Foliora or cannot open it, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, from the email address linked to your account. If no email is linked, include enough detail for us to identify your account. We may ask you to verify ownership, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and any linked sign-in identity
• Your plants, care plans, care history, observations, reminders, and notes
• Photos you uploaded for plant identification and care
• Your email address, if one is linked to the account

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a minimal record of purchases and transactions where required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, for the period required by law. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on our normal backup rotation, within 90 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.

Accounts that never signed in

If you use Foliora without signing in, your data lives in an anonymous account tied to your app installation. Uninstalling the app removes the on-device copy; use Delete account in the app (or email us) to also remove the anonymous record we hold.
